Yocum and Neuroth is a boutique law firm specializing in construction law. According to the Cincinnati Business Courier, it will lease 2,343 square feet of Class A office space at La Digue for five years.

The CBC goes on to report that “the law firm, which has been a sub-tenant of the property since the firm was founded in 2018, will have access to the property’s on-site covered parking, indoor and outdoor spaces for events and events. meetings, an array of entertainment options, weekly wellness classes, and community events, such as trivia and concerts.

Yocum and Neuroth partner Tom Yocum said the development provides an invigorating work environment.

“I like being able to just get out of my office, walk around the atrium of the main galleries and see people going about their business and having fun,” Yocum said. “It’s very refreshing to get away from your office and be able to experience it. That’s what attracted us here.

The Yocum and Neuroth lease was signed in June and JLL senior vice president Todd Pease led the rental efforts.

Purchased in December 2018 by North American Properties, Newport on the Levee, located at 1 Levee Way, consists of a total of 380,000 square feet of retail and rental office space. About 100,000 square feet of this total are modern offices.

Pease said about 75,000 square feet of available office space has been leased after agreements with three office tenants since the $ 100 million property renovation was completed in May.

“Businesses want to attract and retain talent, and then they want to give their employees and customers a reason to come to the office,” said Pease. “The addition of Yocum and Neuroth shows it.”

Yocum and Neuroth has four full-time employees, including senior members Yocum and Julie Neuroth.
