Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Announces New District 4 Building Opening in Magnolia

MAGNOLIA, TX – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is thrilled to announce the grand opening of our new state-of-the-art District 4 facility located at 19038 Unity Park Drive in Magnolia, TX!

We have been looking forward to this opening as it will provide an innovative and expanded workspace not only for our patrol deputies, but will also accommodate our command staff and District 4 detectives. This 16,760 square foot facility also includes a new jail satellite that will allow MPs to process arrests and complete calls more quickly, rather than battling traffic to get to Conroe Central Jail.

The West Patrol area of the county has grown exponentially over the years, and part of the foresight of the Sheriff’s Office campus master plan was to have this new building and satellite jail to more effectively serve the community and the law enforcement in the region. .

It is with great pleasure that we can announce that this project has been secured and carried out without any additional expense for the taxpayers; in fact, the project was completed under budget, due in part to Sheriff Henderson’s fiscally conservative, zero-budget philosophy.

This new facility was a collaborative effort between the Sheriff’s Office and the Montgomery County Court of Commissioners.
