Gallery owner and artist Jim Woodfield is moving to his new gallery in the Grand Central Arts District.

Gallery specializing in the representation of artists from the Tampa Bay area

ST PETERSBURG, FL, UNITED STATES, July 20, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ – Woodfield Gallery of Fine Arts will host a grand official opening of their new location on Saturday, August 14 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at 2323 Central Avenue in St. Petersburg. The gallery will open at 11:00 a.m. that day, with the celebration starting at 5:00 p.m. with live music.

“When I opened my gallery in 2015, I made a commitment to represent exclusively local artists and create an outlet for them to exhibit their work. After the year has passed, I am happy that my gallery continues to pursue our motto “Pursue a Passion, Realize a Dream,” said Jim Woodfield, Gallery Owner. “I’m happy to be a part of the culture of St. Petersburg and want to help foster this continued growth for our local talent.

To commemorate the event, the vernissage will showcase the art of 23 local artists in several different mediums. About Jim Woodfield:
Upon his retirement in 2010, Jim Woodfield was able to devote himself to his art full time when he moved from Texas to St. Petersburg. Still connected to the arts, Woodfield started out in a small studio in the Warehouse Arts District. After discovering the talent of the region, he seized the opportunity to provide a professional space for local artists to exhibit their works to art lovers and collectors.
